I double checked this morning and it has been confirmed. Even though  Google initially indexed chrishornak.tk it seems like they removed it for some reason.

I'm going to keep an eye on this for a few days but I've very disappointed in Google at this point.

Between this and some reasearch I did on dot.tk domains it seems google must place these domains and even weebly.com sites on a probationary period since free hosting/domains are greatly associated with bad neighborhoods(spam/malware sites). I'll continue to keep an eye on things to see how it progresses.
