Google was quick to index the domain itself but the page is still not search able using the title tag or on-site content. Between this and some reasearch I did on dot.tk domains it seems google must place these domains and even weebly.com sites on a probationary period since free hosting/domains are greatly associated with bad neighborhoods(spam/malware sites). I'll continue to keep an eye on things to see how it progresses.

I came across your post...Definitely interested to see how your experiment with Weebly and SEO fares...can you keep me updated?

I use weebly for various quick sites, and I noticed a similar situation... I've also seen google index a few pages.. for example - this site is created using weebly http://www.leisventures.com and in doing seo it has been very slow to see results.... if it hasn't been for social media and backlinking I believe google would have bypassed this a long time back.

Hey Mark,

I viewed your blog and I just thought just to give you some advice. Use google analytics and google webmaster. Research your keyword, the area where you want your site to rank, make sure that you are not up against big sites that have ranked high already in that area. Make sure to target your keyword, I am also experimenting with weebly, I'm in the process of building a blog with Weebly,so far Im still constructing every part of my blog, um, goodluck on your journey.
